Comment Policy

In summary:  Comments on articles may be disabled/turned off at any time at the discretion of the author and blog owner.  When comments are available, the following policy applies.

This comments policy (“Policy”) sets forth the general guidelines, disclosures, and terms of your use of the website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and this Website operator (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you are entering into this Policy on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Policy, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must not accept this Policy and may not access and use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that this Policy is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

You may submit comments on the existing content on the Website. You may not impersonate any other person through the Website and Services. You may not post comments that are defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, threatening, invasive of another person’s privacy rights or that are otherwise unlawful. You may not post comments that infringe on the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity. You may not post any comments that include any computer virus or other code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any computer software or hardware. By submitting or posting comments on the Website, you grant the Operator the right to edit and, if necessary, remove any content at any time and for any reason.
